How Every Case Starts
Two free consultations. Then you decide.
Step one — a free, scheduled 30-minute phone consultation. Bring whatever you have: notices, transcripts, or just the number the IRS says you owe. Attorney Clarke will tell you which resolution paths realistically fit and what each involves. After that call, he sends you his online case evaluation form.
Step two — a free 30-minute follow-up, before you're asked to engage. By phone, video, or in person at the Portsmouth office: Attorney Clarke walks you through his analysis of your financials and his recommended tax resolution, with the exact flat fee. Only then do you decide whether to hire him.
For your convenience, Attorney Clarke also travels to your home or to a Regus satellite office in Nashua, Bedford, Manchester, and Concord, NH, or to a Regus office in Boston, Bedford, Peabody, Wakefield and Lawrence, MA, to discuss your case in person.
If you live outside NH and MA, Attorney Clarke can still represent you before the IRS under federal practice rules — all meetings by phone or video conferencing.
