We collect only what you choose to give us: your email address and message when you use the "Ask a Question" form, and your email address when you sign up for the Tax Insights Newsletter. This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and reliability.

How we use it

To answer your question, to send you the newsletter you requested, and to operate and secure the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing. We may use service providers (such as a form-processing or email service) solely to deliver these functions on our behalf.

What not to send through this website

Website forms and email are convenient but are not secure channels for sensitive information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, or financial documents through this site. Clients transmit documents through the firm's secure client portal. Submitting a question through this website does not create an attorney–client relationship, and information you send before an engagement letter is signed may not be protected by attorney–client privilege.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry emails and newsletter signups only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any issue, and you may ask us to delete your inquiry information by emailing peter@pjclarkelaw.com.

Children

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
